More about the programme
Raise Your Game is a 12 month accelerated success programme for leaders and key players who want to identify and address the critical issues that are impeding their success. It gives them a personal road map for raising their own game and fostering high performance in others, whether they directly manage them or work with them on particular projects.
Following an assessment we design the programme based on where they are now and draw up a road map for where they want to get to. We bring over 20 years experience - 10 in the ICT sector - of working with key individuals and teams to drive change and achieve success. Our expertise means we can share knowledge, extend capability and enhance skills at the right time, in the right way.
Because the heart of the programme spans 12 months there is time to try out new approaches in the workplace, then to refine and embed them as high performing habits. Outcomes are measureable and clearly visible in enhanced personal performance, increased engagement with others and better business results, faster.
The programme can be run for individuals or groups of individuals in the same organisation. For those who are not located in the UK the programme can be delivered via telephone.
Raise Your Game is delivered via three phases, each building on the one before:
Raise your game road map
Assessment meeting with individual to ensure programme is suitable for them, to gain their buy-in and assess specific needs.
Raise your game road map tailored to their situation, identifying where they are now and what they need to focus on to accelerate success.
Acceleration
10 individual meetings with your coach, at your offices or other suitable location, every 4 weeks, to implement your plans.
10 individual teleconference sessions, 2 weeks after face-to-face meetings, to review and feedback on progress.
Supporting resources, tools and techniques to assist you in implementing your plans.
Personal coaching record and action plan updated by coach after each session.
Sustaining growth
Development guide for the 12 months following the programme.
Impact interview 6 months after completion, to assess and build on the value of the programme.
